Trading Terms ? We accept the following methods of payment.  ? Direct deposit: (Preferred) ? All goods remain the property of French Weave until paid in full. ? An order for goods signifies acceptance of our terms of trade. Indent Orders and Back-orders ? Indent orders and back-orders are final and cannot be cancelled. These orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of ordering and balance paid on completion. Delivery ? Please allow 4 - 10 working days from receipt of payment for delivery; all quoted delivery dates and times are made in good faith and our policy is to deliver promptly. However, delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and we shall not be liable for the consequence of any delay whatsoever and however occasioned. Freight ? Freight charges are payable and will be added to your invoice. Freight charges are also applicable to back-orders. Returns Aubusson's and Needlepoint's are custom, handcrafted and hand dyed products, slight variations in colour and weave are part of the character of this product and should not be considered defects. Due to possible colour variations on your computer monitor and different dye lots, we cannot guarantee the colour of our product to be the same as it appears on this website. Only returns of damaged or defective merchandise are accepted for replacement or refund. Written notification must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Pricing ?
